Supply and cold chain

Availability, allocation, and refrigerated receiving.

These notices help pharmacies and infusion sites plan when a therapy is limited, when supply has recovered, and when a cold-chain shipment needs a second look before it is dispensed.

HA-26101
Advisory Allocation

Refrigerated biologic for outpatient infusion

Manufacturer supply is below demand. Cencora is allocating remaining inventory against each site’s recent ordering pattern so patients already scheduled are prioritized. New starts may need a short delay. Prescribers should use their normal clinical alternatives if a dose cannot be scheduled.

HA-26097
Informational Immunization

Influenza vaccine distribution window

Seasonal influenza vaccine prebooks are shipping to enrolled community and health-system pharmacies. Presentation, quantity, and delivery day are on the prebook confirmation. This notice does not change standing orders or patient eligibility.

HA-26091
Advisory Cold chain

Updated temperature indicators, 2–8°C

Selected refrigerated lanes now use a revised temperature indicator. Receiving staff should match the indicator photo in the October receiving guide before accepting product into the refrigerator. If the indicator is spent or missing, leave the shipper closed and contact your distribution account team. Do not dispense that shipment.

HA-26088
Informational Lead time

Hospital unit-dose oral solids back to standard timing

A short packaging pause on hospital unit-dose oral solids has ended. Lead times are back to the standard service window. No allocation remains on this group.

HA-26066
Informational Specialty network

Holiday receiving hours for specialty pharmacies

Enrolled specialty pharmacies have a published holiday receiving calendar. Refrigerated deliveries will not be attempted when a site is closed. Update holiday hours with your account team so cold-chain product is not left unattended.
