Product alerts

Recalls, withdrawals, and label corrections.

Cencora coordinates these notices for healthcare customers who may be holding distributed product. The manufacturer or regulator decides the action. Lot numbers and return steps are in the notice sent to affected accounts, not in this public summary.

HA-26104
Action Recall coordination

Specialty dermatology topical

A manufacturer recall is open for a specialty topical used in dermatology clinics and dispensing pharmacies. Customers with purchases in the affected window are being called by their account team. Hold only the lots listed in that notice, separate them from usable inventory, and follow the return instructions included there. Patients with questions should speak with the dispensing pharmacy.

HA-26074
Action Label correction

Hospital electrolyte presentation

A label correction applies to one hospital packaging of an electrolyte solution. Facilities that bought the presentation named in the customer notice should quarantine matching packages until replacement labeling arrives. Other strengths and package sizes are not part of this notice.

HA-26051
Advisory Market withdrawal

Respiratory device accessory

A manufacturer is withdrawing a discontinued accessory used with a respiratory device. This is not a drug recall. Accounts that purchased the accessory are being told which catalog numbers to pull from stock. Therapy devices themselves are unaffected.

HA-26040
